Festival Cocktail
1 tbsp apricot brandy
3/4 oz dark creme de cacao
3/4 oz heavy cream
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Shake everything with ice; pour into an
old-fashioned glass.
Tropical Rainstorm
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tsp Cointreau® orange liqueur
Pour dark rum, cherry brandy, lemon juice
and Cointreau into a cocktail shaker
half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain
into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Cinco de Mayo recipe
2 1/2 oz white tequila
1 oz grenadine syrup
1 oz Rose's® lime juice
Shake well with lots of ice. Strain into glass.
Garnish with fresh lime wedge if desired.
Bo's Space Roo
1 1/2 oz Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila
4 oz Fanta® orange soda
Pour the tequila into a collins glass. Add the
Fanta orange soda into the glass, tipped, as
to not bruise the tequila. Add desired
amount of ice.
Rim the collins glass with salt beforehand if
desired
Orange Buccaneer
1 shot spiced rum
1 shot mandarin vodka
1 lemon wedge
Shake the rum and vodka over ice and serve
in a double shot class. Garnish with lemon
wedge.

Caribbean Christmas
1 oz eggnog
1 oz Railean Small Cask Reserve Rum
Autumn Apple Punch
1 1/2 quart apple juice
2 cinnamon sticks
8 whole cloves
1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 pieces orange juice
28 oz ginger ale
1- 750ml bottle Railean Reserve XO Rum
Place apple juice in a NON-aluminum
kettle; tie spices in cheesecloth, add to
kettle, and simmer uncovered 15 minutes;
discard spice bag. Mix spiced juice with
remaining fruit juices. Then add Railean
Reserve XO Rum. To serve, place a large
block of ice in a large punch bowl, add
fruit juice and ginger ale
Beach Bum
1 part orange juice
1 part Bacardi® Limon rum
1 part Sprite® soda
Pour into a glass with ice. Stir.
Thee-O Pomegranate Martini
1.5 oz Three Olives® Pomegranate
Vodka
1 oz POM® pomegranate juice
1.5 oz fresh Blackberry Puree
1 oz cranberry juice
Shake well with ice and strain into a
chilled martini glass.
Our very own;
"Rita's Rum Runner"
1 1/2 oz Sailor Jerry's spiced Navy rum*
1 oz Trader Vic's Banana rum
1 oz Blackberry brandy
Capful Grenadine
Few drops Bitters (optional, if you don't have
it, no problem)
2 oz each: OJ & Pineapple juice
Shake with ice 15 seconds, strain over fresh
ice into a chilled glass tumbler, float about 1/2
oz of 151 Rum on top, serve with 2 cherries
surrounded by an orange wedge skewered on an
umbrella toothpick, consume with a colorful
straw, stirring occasionally.
*The main ingredient... We found Sailor
Jerry's to be a "happy medium" between the
rums, for a bolder flavor try Myers's dark
rum, or for a more cheerful taste try a plain
white rum like Bacardi's or Palms.
